At the Kuang Lab, led by physician-scientist Chaoyuan Kuang, MD, PhD, we are dedicated to uncovering optimal pharmacological strategies to overcome colorectal cancer (CRC) progression, resistance, and recurrence. By combining molecular strategies with pharmacological innovation, our team aims to identify synergistic drug combinations and novel therapeutic targets. Based at Montefiore-Einstein Cancer Center, we bridge translational science and patient care, leveraging a growing CRC Biobank to generate clinically actionable insights that advance precision oncology and improve outcomes for the patients we care and partner with.
