We can create molecules amenable to state-of-the-art bio-conjugation, from milligram to multi-decagram scale. Purification
We can purify an array of compounds via automated flash column chromatography (Teledyne, Combiflash) on silica, alumina, and ion exchange phases. We offer UPLC with C18 and HILIC columns on the Waters Autopure platform and we offer access to the instruments. We routinely perform recrystallization and vacuum distillation.
